I took my daughter in for strep symptoms back in July. Front desk was nice and everything went good until the doctor came in. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr.Clancy. I visited his office with flu-like symptoms, but instead of conducting any tests for flu or COVID, he diagnosed me with allergies (despite not having a history of seasonal allergies) and administered a steroid injection. I was not tested for either flu or COVID, and I left the office with no clear diagnosis. The following day, my symptoms worsened significantly, so I sought a second opinion from another provider. The receptionist named keeks has got some nerve to be sarcastic and just plain cold over the phone. She feels like she is entitled to something and is on some big power trip. Whatever happened to Giselle...she was a warm person and always spoke with respect.
Went in there a week ago to see Carolyn and was about my back hurting so she told me to take some Ned's and if it wasn't doing anything to come back and so I did and got x rays the 2nd and finally figured out what was wrong which my spine was shifting, everyone was nice and helpful and im glad they did everything to solve the problem.
