Recently I posted a less than favorable review about primary care of tn. Diane called me after and wanted to know what was going on since that wasn't like me. We telehealthed for 30 minutes. I explained my issues were mostly with her Ai and my inability to reach her which in the over a decade I had always bragged about. She made notes of my concerns.We discussed different medications I might need to change to and she told me how to reach her without the Ai but through the web site.
