Great primary care office. We got a same day appointment. We even had a choice of coming in or telehealth. Everyone was very thorough, listened, and offered additional tests if they couldn't be done in the office. There was a lot of education but if you need antibiotics Dr. Diane Knights will prescribe what is necessary. If we hadn't called for the appointment and hadn't be seen this " cold" could have turned into pneumonia. Highly recommend Primary Care of Tennessee!
I use to love Dr.Knights office I’ve been seeing her for over a decade but it’s just so unorganized to the point I’m literally departing ways after my experience with a telehealth appointment for my children that they missed school for today. It was not allowing me to connect and I did everything on my end right and she couldn’t even give them a school excuse even after all my time being wasted and my kids missing school for this appoint at HER OFFICE!!! I’m very disappointed that when I visit the office there is never a person available at the reception desk and when you call the phone they don’t answer the phone. I came to drop off some paperwork and was left standing in the waiting area for ever to see an actual person. This is by far the worst setup for a waiting area. It should not be this hard to make contact with a physical person. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Primary Care of Tennessee with Diane Knights, and her nurse practitioner interns. From the moment I walked in, I barely had time to sit down before I was called back making the wait time refreshingly short. What really sets this practice apart is how genuinely they listen. Both Diane and her intern took the time to actually hear me out, and I could tell they cared about me as a person, not just a chart to get through. Appointment was at 10 am. Walked in the office and checked in at 9:55 am. Waited for over 40 minutes. There is not even a receptionist. Don't waste your time at this location.
