I was 5 mins late trying to find a parking spot in the garage I get inside to the primary they said I need to reschedule
All 3 of my kids been been coming here for over 14 years. I called because I had a flat tire and was told to come in. I get there after driving for 40 minutes and was told I needed to reschedul . Which was irritating because that could’ve been been communicated over the phone . I go to leave and and the receptionist tell the family behind me that was 4.5 hrs early for they appt she could squeeze them in . I went to this doctor when i was A child and they have completely changed. They use to be a very good clinic. Now they schedule you for appointments, have you in the waiting room for hours , literally hours. Once you get to the back they still take hours to come see you. You have to wait days for a call back concerning medications and appointments. Just not anywhere i want to continue to take my children.
