Yesterday was my first trip to Primary Care Auto Repair. It will definitely not be my last! Everyone I worked with, from the young woman on the phone who scheduled my appointment to the mechanic himself, were friendly and knowledgeable. I loved that I was taken out to my car to see the minor things that were wrong. They reassured me that my fifteen-year-old car was in really good shape. I have already recommended this place to several people and will recommend it to more! Thank you again!
Great customer service. I took my car in for an oil change and the whole frame of my car was rotted out, turns out my car never should have been sold by the dealer. Once it was "repaired" by the dealer they inspected it for me for free and gave me the resources to contact to get my money back from the dealer. Will definitely be going back and recommending to my family and friends.
Primary Care Auto really cares about their customers. Jeffrey Roy and his entire staff are top notch, and I recommend them to anyone looking for quality automotive service. 5 stars!!!!
Excellent customer service!!! Not only did they service my car quickly but the owner also explained to me how I have an electric issue with one of my lights. He wrote it down and advised me to see if it's covered under my warrantee first. Talk about honesty! Being a single woman and bringing my car for work can be trying because most places just want to sell and take advantage. Not this place! I highly recommend!!!!
I got "just an oil change" but I was treated like I was a long-time customer! These folks are genuine, friendly, and thorough. I can't say enough about the customer experience here being top-notch (I'm super picky about this). I recommend Primary Care without hesitation.
They fixed my gas tank and that is a good thing I'm happy 🚗
