RecommendedI received the absolute best customer service from the guys at Primary Care! They were thorough, straightforward, and extremely professional! I brought my truck in because of a coolant leak and overheating. They worked fast and sufficient to get me back on the road and keep my kids and I safe! I HIGHLY recommend this place!! I brought my car in early July for a breaks issue. Volkswagen wanted to charge me over $600 dollars to replace my breaks. A friend recommended I go to Primary Auto Care and check them out. Lets just say I saved myself almost $200 dollars and the only brakes that needed to be changed were my rear brakes. I can not say enough good things about this business. I am so blessed and grateful to have encountered these kind humans. My equinox went into the shop in March and then boom covid hit hard and people were not able to work, my husband being one of them. I am a health care professional and instead of worrying about how not bring this nonsense home to my family and how I was going to manage every day bills and an added expense they decided to do the remainder of the repairs at no cost.
