The person who answerers the phone is very rude and doesn’t care !! Didn’t help me and was in a rush !! Horrible customer service!!!

Really sad to give this 3. Star review Dr McAllister is one of the greatest Dr I’ve had but the new secretary is really rude just got my insurance so I didn’t have my card and she turned me away because she didn’t want to look my insurance up , if the other lady was there this would’ve been a5 star review, she would’ve looked it up no problem . I really wanted to give no stars because she’s lazy and rude but I didn’t want to take it out on the other great people that work there
I love Primary Care! I've been going for a few years and they are the first medical professionals to take me seriously. The front desk is always patient and welcoming. The doctors very friendly and professional. I always feel like I'm listened to and get the care I need. I always recommend!
