This therapy has been amazing for managing my back pain and inflammation. The staff is wonderful and the therapists are great listeners. Dr Tyner has educated me on many exercises to do on my own to complement the therapy. Thank you all!!!
I just tried canceling my appointment 23 hours in advance. I called today at 9 AM because their website on Google says they open at 9 AM. My appointment is at 8 AM 23 hours from now and Tony said he’s charging me $50 because I did not call within 24 hours! He said they open at 8am (not what google says) that their business has no control over their hours on Google, which is crap because I am a business owner and I always alter my business hours on the website.
