I love my doctor & the receptionist is caring & helpful...I am so happy I receive the best care here!
I recently had a stroke, my job wants me to take a month off,so I applied for family leave and prima care nurse and doctor is not filling out their portion of fml so now im not getting paid! They won't return my calls or respond to the form that was faxed over!! Never had a good experience with this place! I might not ever get any income because of these people!
I can’t say enough good things about the staff here (Dr. Mary Sherlock’s office). They are efficient, respectful, and always take the time to answer questions, provide updates, follow through on paperwork requirements. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. The staff consistently go above and beyond to provide excellent care. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. This office is lucky to have such an amazing team. Shouting out Sally, Cindy, and Michaela for being so supportive!
