I called the fall river office 4 times and left a message, never got a call back. Its been 2 weeks! In the past years I had to call multiple times and even had to go there in person to ask why I never got a call back. I got a attitude whenever I asked why they neglect patience. This is common, Many people have had similar experiences with the fall river office.
I saw Dr. Trey in gastroenterology and he was amazing and very informative/thorough!
