Needs to work on patient care and compassion. Jennifer Fichter, cancelled my great aunts appointment this week. The only option to see the DR in a timely manner was to take a 8 am appointment. She hit traffic on the way called the office no answer, so she left a message. She elderly and walks with a cane sometimes relies on a walker, who was being seen for a sore on her foot that is making walking more challenging. She made it by 8:05 but by the time she made it into the office it was 8:15. They told her it was up to the doc... read more
Staff here are super friendly and very courteous. Dr.Blitz is absolutely amazing she is very professional,informative, and kind. She listens to all your concerns and answers any questions you may have even before you ask them.
