I had a terrible experience at this urgent care on 9/4/2025. From the moment I walked in, the staff gave me attitude and made me feel unwelcome. I came in for a simple physical, but the nurse practitioner refused to see me and didn’t even have the courtesy to speak with me directly. Instead, she kept sending another nurse to tell me she wouldn’t see me. This came across as lazy and very unprofessional. Experiences like this are exactly why people avoid businesses in Fall River. I would not recommend this urgent care.
You close at 5pm. I called and confirmed it with someone in your office. I get there at 330 and you are closed because you had too many patients for the day????? What kind of business are you? Please be specific, when someone calls say : we are open until we feel like we have seen enough patients for the working day. Saying that you are open until 5 is not true. I came from EP. Very disappointed
1 elevator was out of service in Bldg 3. Parking is difficult.
Wicked good staff!! Very thorough. Went above and beyond. Even called me at home with additional help! No waiting
