The wonderful women in the cardiology testing dept are incredible. They were professional and caring. They helped me with my tests physically and mentally.They kept me informef about the different processes which allayed my fears and gave me complete confidence in this team. What a brilliant group of health professionals and so pleased they were there to help me thru a difficult time.
My stepfather, Roy, had an echocardiogram on Thursday. It was done by a nice young man named Mark. Mark immediately put my stepdad at ease. He was approachable, knowledgeable and quite funny! He made the experience for Roy and myself quite pleasant! Thank you Mark!
Testing went good. I had 2 tests. Photo of Heart and Tread Mill test. The Staff was good. There stuff to Bypass Treadmill Test,but my Blood Pressure was too low for it. So I had to run on Treadmill.
I want to thank all the staff that works in this department!!!! I thank you for your kindness and patience and the time you all took to answer my many questions and my needs!!! I tried to bring you all a beautiful bouquet of flowers to show my appreciation but it wasn't allowed, so they told me the next best thing was a good review to show my appreciation!!! Rather a terrible experience. Had an ECO with a very sweet women, and was told they would call me for a follow up if needed to get my results. Wait around for a week, no call. So finally I call to schedule one. The women puts me on hold to ask if I even need to come in. She asks if I could do an appointment in mid January around 11. I said that wouldn’t work for my work schedule as I just started a new job and asked her the latest appointment.
