We have been here since October and have always payed rent on time or early. I went online this month to pay as I always do, but somewhere there was a computer glitch and the payment didn't go through. We received a call on the 7th telling us the rent was late, and that we now had to pay with a money order with a sizable late fee. I immediately handled the issue, or I thought. My advice is do not look past the bad reviews here or anywhere on the web. The bad reviews are typically for good reason. Mixed communication with staff did it for me. But you get what you pay for, cheap area, cheap manager, cheap apartments. None of which will lead to a favorable experience.

Nice people in the office and always have a smile on! I am pretty happy so far at Mission Priest Lake.
Very happy here. Wish they would do some upgrades and I would stay here longer. I like to cook so I would enjoy a more updated kitchen. Other than that, I love it here.
