I have lived here for six years. This property has undergone at least three ownership transfers, but I have great hopes for the current owners, management team, maintenance and office staff. They have made more improvements to the community since assuming ownership than I have ever witnessed. Horrible.. been here since 11/12/2015. all around horrible. . The staff is constantly changing. Air condition constantly breaking down same with the plumbing... and maintenance folks in and out of your apartment. Absolutely no parking.. expect to walk a mile. Cabinets falling apart . You can hear through walls and floors Carpet comes up from vaccuming.. I highly recommend another place to live. And when you're ready to move they don't notify you when your lease is up so when you do move out giving your notice..expect to pay ... read more
