I moved in to this beautiful complex a few months ago. The office and maintenance staff are always helpful. My only complaint is some people are not cleaning up after their dogs. It's disgusting going early in the morning to start your car and almost stepping in it and not to mention my kids play with the kids next door and they are always running around playing outside. I have been here 14 years
When I moved in. It was under old management. When Ryan took over and the new crew they brought in. It was like a new place. Updates and ect. Great quit place to live. No Kate night kids running around. Everyone respects each other and the noise didn't exist in my building.
The new staff is beyond fantastic. They are caring, genuine and extremely helpful. I moved in under different management & was not at all impressed. The change with Ryan and his crew has been phenomenal and I actually now love where I live!! Prior to Ryan becoming the new property manager I was counting down the days until my lease expired, but now I'm counting down the days to renew my lease.
