Frank and Alan are great! Helped me identify a leak I thought was coming from my transmission, turns out it was coming from my oil filter housing 🤦♀️ Nonetheless, any future issues I may run into, I will certainly be back!
My son was getting ready for Basic Training and needed a minor repair on his vehicle before we could have his car moved out to Texas. We took his car to Prices Transmission and they not only didn't fix the car but intentionally left the transmission mounting bolts loose to exacerbate the symptoms of the original problem we had asked to be fixed (confirmed by two other mechanics). I have a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder that I’ve been hearing a noise from the transfer case. I took it to the dealership but they just wanna change the part and not really investigate What happened. So I brought it down to Price's And they were able to confirm that the transfer case Needs to be replaced by actually investigating the part. I called them and they responded with a professional and positive attitude and upon getting my vehicle there they had it diagnosed and repair in a very timely manor! They diagnosed the problem that jeep had said it would need a complete transfer case and it only needed a transfer case motor assembly! They are not a parts changer there staff are real technicians and saved me over $3000.00 dollars from the original quote from the dealership.
