We use Price Auto for all of our used parts. We have always received the right working part and always received fantastic customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
They took my money for a transmission for a 1994 Pontiac Trans Sport, $300.00, and after 4 attempts to get the correct transmission with the correct gear ratio 3.06 to 1, they told me I was being unreasonable. The front man, Faz smiled and acted all helpful, and after promising me to pull a proper transmission from the correct vehicle for me, refused to even speak with me. He smiles and lies convincingly. I have been a customer of Price for 6 years. They are very helpful and will even check online for parts that you need. I have always gotten good parts at great prices from them.
Price Auto has always been cool. I love their selection and store. I go there all the time. I usually get my parts from these guys!
We frequently do business with this establishment. They are courteous and professional. We have always had any problems we encountered quickly and properly resolved. They have quality used parts and are always willing to go the extra mile. The store manager is especially helpful, often going above and beyond to ensure we are satisfied.
This business has been very helpful to me. I run an auto repair shop and often this business has parts I cannot get from anywhere else. They have been courteous and helpful. I am uncertain where all the negative reviews are from, but, I suspect it is customers that don t understand how to properly repair a car.
This company is ridiculous. I caution EVERYBODY to think twice about spending their money with these folks. They don't care about you, only your money. Please. Please stay away from them, I am telling you. They are HORRIBLE, if not the most HORRIBLE.... RUN!
