My husband submitted a preapproval application; that is all he did. Afterwords received an email congratulating him on his new car purchase while we were on a family vacation. Of course he was concerned since no purchase was made. They inadvertently put his information in on another customers purchase which hit his credit score. He did the professional thing and has called and emailed multiple times to remove this discrepancy yet no contact has been made. How is this possible? RecommendedAwesome experience at PricePro this week. Neither my dad or I had heard of the dealer and had no idea what we were walking into. I appreciated the direct and straight forward process at PricePro. The facilities were clean and the staff was great. I didn't feel pressured and left with a great looking and fairly priced Chevy Colorado.
