We purchased a vehicle yesterday and worked with Nick. The entire process was smooth and seamless without the normal pressure of car buying. Nick was great to work with and even waited patiently while we went home to search for the title for our trade in. I’d recommend price pro. We’ll purchase from them again.
My car buying experience at Price Pro. This has been a poor car buying experience from start to finish. I stopped at the dealership Aug. 20th to preview a car that I saw on the internet. I stood inside the dealership for almost five minutes and no one approached me. I went back over to the car that I was interested in and hung around it for several more minutes and still no greeted me. Went to look at a Chrysler Pacifica van and were told that some one was coming to look at it from 3 hrs away and was told that they don’t hold vehicles and it’s first come first serve. But while we were waiting to take it for a test drive they stalled us for another 15 min to see if the other person showed up. Then another sales person told us they were basically holding it for this other person. Very bad sales tactics and will not be shopping there anymore. Buyer beware.

went in, test drove car, salesman asked how it went, we explained it went well besides a few smalls issues that would need addressed before purchasing it. salesman acted like he had zero interest in what we were saying or wanted fixed. so we left and bought a car somewhere else. very disappointed since I originally bought a car here a few years back and had a good experience. salesman acted very distant and seemed to only care what was on TV and talk to his fellow saleman and nothing to what I had to say.
