I can't say enough positive things about this company. They're exceptional. When you call their office you immediately get a kind and helpful person, not a machine. They're prompt, attentive, kind, and extremely helpful. Chris has worked tirelessly at our home to rid it of multiple types of pests, and he and all of his employees treat our place like it's their own. I wish every business was as good to their customers as Preventive. A+ across the board.
Our provider took care of the current nests and webs, ensured our pets were taken care of, and thoroughly explained the contract as written. I read the contract before signing and didn't find any hidden fees or concerns. The provider was on time, pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. So far, we are happy with the company's service.
I have worked with preventive for 2 years now and they treat employees and customers with respect and never cut corners that's why I continue to knock doors for them.
