Mike came for our quarterly service. He’s always has a smile on his face and is so polite! He remembered that we only want the non toxic treatment, and he was very thorough all around our yard and house. I would definitely recommend Preventative Pest Control! It even smells good!

Tom did a great presentation explaining what they would do, how they would do it and what I could expect. He set very clear expectations and the tech was impressively knowledgeable and patient as I had lots of questions. One suggestion - let these poor guys wear shorts and short sleeves here in summer. It’s professional and regionally acceptable. He never said a word about it and worked hard the whole time but I was exhausted watching him. Yikes. So hot.... Thanks again for the pro job.
