Had a wasp nest and haven’t seen a nest since they took care of it.
I think it is extremely inappropriate for their employees to be door knocking on Memorial Day in unmarked vehicles. We have had them sleeping in, what looks like to be their personal car all weekend and driving through the neighborhood late at night. This evening in particular, she was parked in front of my house at 8:30 PM and when someone went to confront her she then drove off. Don’t knock on my door on Memorial Day. Especially after dark trying to solicit me.

I have a very clear NO SOLICITING sign on my front door, in my clearly marked NO SOLICITING neighborhood, yet your sales rep knocked on my door twice today. I work from home and he interrupted a very important call. If you want people’s business, your company should act with integrity and respect homeowners’ wishes. He didn’t even offer an apology, even after he acknowledged that he had indeed seen the sign.
The guys are still at my house but I just want to say how professional and nice these gentlemen are. Today is my initial treatment and I couldn’t be more happy with the service I have received. Amazing customer service. If I could give 10 stars I would.
