If I could give her a zero I WOULD. She doesn't even deserve the 1 star. It's been going on almost 3 yrs and I'm still waiting on my trademark. If I don't call I get no updates. A whole yr went by with no word. It's been 3 months since I last emailed her for a ph call and still haven't gotten it. Abandonment is what you call it. Idk how she even running a law firm bc the way business is handled is insane and unprofessional on the highest level. I've had the pleasure of knowing Shannon and Jai for a few years now and they've always advised me in the caring and professional way. See I was a know it all who knew nothing 😂 They were patient with me , and guided me in the right direction and now my business is order , I feel great and feel more confident knowing they're my family.
