Preston Valley Shopping Center was one of the roughest shopping experiences I have had in a long time. From the moment we pulled in it felt off. The parking lot is confusing and crowded, and instead of feeling like a convenient central hub it felt like chaos. Spaces were tight, traffic was impatient, and the overall layout made it a headache just to get settled. That sets the tone in the wrong direction before you even step inside. An AMAZING place for dresses for special occasions. They help you try them in and find the right one, and you can walk a little walkway and take photos it's amazing.
I was there with a new puppy 2x within 4 days. The 1st time was kind of fast (few hours) for a tiny scratch & great staff. Very helpful. The 2nd time was a ridiculous amount of wait time. My puppy needed surgery because my cat ripped his side open sadly & ended up with 20+ stitches but people that came in an hour after me got in first. One saying their pet was seizing when it was an ear infection. So we were there for way to many hours until after closing. I got home a bit after midnight.
