Preston TV and Video delivers – Complicated job of setting up BluRay, DVD/VCR, TV, Netflix and projector. Got 90% of it the first time and returned at my request and spent another hour getting it all right and adding volume control to TWC remote. Prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. I'll definitely use them again.

They set up my flat screen TV on the mantel which was challenging because of the slope. They did a fantastic job. Also, they set up the speakers throughout the downstairs and patio. The work was flawless and they were even here early and were very nice. Fantastic. They were great and I will use them again.

Worst Service – Well, this is the first review I have ever written, but if it saves you the time it took me to figure out how rude and unhelpful this group has been. We had them pre-wire our home during its build. after the build, i had some basic questions. not only did they not call me back, when I talked to them, even though i was willing to pay for their service to assist me, they CLEARLY didn't want to assist me. Call someone else unless you know all about wiring.

Terrible Experience/Customer Service – HI All! I felt the need to write in as I have had a TERRIBLE experience with Preston TV and Video. I have never taken the time to write a review before in all my years, but this experience was so bad I felt I needed to warn everyone so your time is not wasted! Thank You For Being A First Class Company – To the Preston TV & Video gang, you connected a new tv to an attic antenna, at my request, for my parents. Not only did your installer do a great job, he was very kind to my elderly parents.

Great Service – Preston Video went the extra mile for me, not only helping me pick out and buy a great new Toshiba LCD TV, but troubleshooting my surround sound system too. And guess what? Their wall-mounted TV installation prices were so low that I got that too. I love my new TV and how Preston Video made it effortless for me - Bravo!
