To expensive for what you’re getting, one of the gates are always broken which invites the homeless population into the pool area and they sleep on the pool loungers. , and the trash issues are endless people just put their trash in side the trash room door .. I tripped over it and I tore my ACL and all they need to do is step in and put it in the trash shut..and no they aren’t paying for my surgery. RecommendedThe place is amazing and has wonderful service with the entire staff. The maintenance crew was super awesome today Lamar and Kyle totally fixed our issue in the apartment and also were super friendly and helpful. This is why we love and appreciate the courts at preston oaks. Amazing service and awesome employees. Thanks once again Lamar and Kyle. You guys Rock!!!
I renewed my lease, but I later found out it wasn’t fully approved, due to the lack of competence from some of the previous office staff. I discovered they had me on month to month & I was paying a lot extra. I met a nice woman named Madison. And I’m glad I did, she fixed the problem immediately. And she even offered a complimentary carpet clean. All while having a great attitude. I really appreciate Madison for her excellent service. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! (**PHOTOS IN COMMENTS**) First of all, I had the WORST roach infestation ever. Now that I’ve moved out, I can’t believe how much that problem was affecting my mental and emotional health. I had the problem since November and moved out the following August, with the problem still there! Actually, my first maintenance order was *cancelled*. It was absolutely disgusting. The Courts at Preston Oaks have made it a lot easier to find a new place to live. I was able to find something that fits my size expectations within a reasonable budget. The community looks great, including the nice pool area and nice sized gym. The people I've been working with have also been very helpful.
