We bought our 2012 Ford Focus at Preston and have dealt with Preston for service ever since, and we remain very pleased for these people. Over the years, no complaints!
Preston is a class act car dealership. I purchased a used car almost 4 years ago from them. I was totally impressed that even though it was a used vehicle they treated me as If I just bought a brand new one. I was not just a number that walked through the door on a budget, they spent the time , entire day actually trying to find a vehicle that fit my budget. Every time I go here I have problems! My car comes back with more problems it did then when it went in and the customer service sucks! The owner is extremely rude and tried blaming everything on me when THEY sold me a rusted out frame after it was supposed to be certified! And that's just the beginning!!! Never will I ever return!!

I purchased my first brand new car (had previously bought a used car 6 years ago from Preston--was very happy with this car also) and am very pleased with the outcome. Preston gets 5 stars for service, pricing and personnel. My husband wanted a Ford. I wanted to keep our business in Geauga County. So we went to Preston. They worked hard to meet our budget and worked it out so we got the exact car we wanted. Their sales manager Darrell Domanovics, and our salesman Scott Tieman were exceptional. They were so efficient with the processing too. We have never had a better experience buying or leasing a car. WOW - we are so happy we made the move to Preston!
