Years ago they shafted my parents charged my dad for a 400 dollar part that was still good we had a parts car to swap parts. Then recently they won't honor any of my friend's warranties and have broke more on his truck then they've fixed, now after 1000 miles on my 300 dollar tires they are showing wear after I had Preston align it right after doing my tires and lift.
