Today Preston Auto dealership proved again what excellent service and friendly staff they have to make sure your happy with your vehicle. I purchased a Sorento a few months ago from the preowned selection. They made sure that the vehicle met all my expectations and covered everything. Thank you so much for understanding my situation and being so generous!
I wish I could say the same as all you happy people about your preowned cars. The bedside is falling off of my super duty I purchase there. Low-grade repair work couldn’t even put my toolbox on my bed. The truck was in an accident and they never told me. And my extendable mirrors don’t work anymore which they will not cover and I’ve only had the truck since April 2018

Charged $65 tow for a vehicle, literally across the street from them. They're lucky I wasn't with my stranded daughter. They got her for a new battery plus labor and a diagnosis charge which didn't fix the issue - $340. Told her it would cost another $1100 with no guarantee that would fix the problem. Got her into a used vehicle payment instead...
