Outstanding service! Eric and Rob from the collusion center went above and beyond today! My car was dead and I couldn't get the hood open. Eric stopped by and was able to open the hood and fix the lose battery cable!
We were there on Tuesday looking for a new car because of other car troubles :) We reviewed the car online, applied online, and knew what we wanted when we walked in. The staff, especially Jimmy Borsi were very nice and quick with our new purchase. We walked out of there with our 2014 Ford Focus, all synced up with my phone....and I am loving it! I put in a request for an appraisal on Autotrader. Preston contacted me and told me that since they are a rural community, they wanted my truck. They asked me what the highest offer I had on it was and told me that they would beat it and possibly pay off the full balance. The manager, Chris begged me to bring my truck out there (which was an hour away). I did. It was a joke. I spoke with 4 different people, they all ran around like chickens with their heads cut off.
