Sean called me the first day I inquired about floor refinishing and scheduled and appointment for an estimate. Paul showed up on time and went over the needed work. Oscar and Walter came to do the repairs on the floors and then came back to do the sanding and refinishing. A note to customers, talk to these guys, there're great and caring human beings.

All I can say is they did an EXCELLENT job! Everyone that walks in our house comments on how nice the floor looks and what a good job was done on it.
The job is now complete. The workers were about 15 minutes late, but were finiahed in one day as promised. I had to call with a couple of minor issues which were takrn care of today and everything is completed. I would recommend them to friends.
They were great! They were able to move around their schedule to accommodate us on the day we needed to get the work done. We were going to go with unstained natural color, but Paul, who came in to give us the estimate suggested that might be too light and suggested staining it. They sanded a patch of the floor and put 5 samples we chose on the floor for us to look at and we chose one to go with and then they got to work. I'm very glad they suggested staining since the floor looks fantastic.
My floors were finished to match the hallway. The estimate was on target as we discussed and they moved the furniture, even coming back to move it back into the bedroom. I am very satisfied with the service. Excellent work, clean, professional.
These people were great, from initial contact to final cleanup. Highly recommended
I had my floor refinished on Dec 2010 so it's been about a little over a year.Their representative that evaluated my floor was prompt and understood my project needs.It was easy to get hold of someone in their office and responsive.This really helped in resolving issues and questions.Their crew and quality of work was excellent.They addressed all the items I pointed out and they even refinished the areas under my radiators.
