They did a great job refinishing our hardwood floors. My only complaint is that they left behind 5 large garbage bags of wood dust and left a section of my front lawn a bit of a mess with the machine set-up and tear down. I would expect the company to remove their refuge upon completion of the job - I didn't realize that was MY job.

you have to keep watch on these guys , some of them will help themselves like it's there own home without asking . , not sure they are briefed on these matters but they should be. I had 2 crews one for the sanding on one day and one crew to finish and apply sealer and coats. one crew was sloppy . the floors look great both crews showed up on time and go right to work. a few areas I think needed a little more attention like a corner or two and a couple planks could have use more sanding and filling. As a follow up to our phone conversation I did have a meeting with our guys and stressed the importance of asking before using the microwave and sink. We are very sorry about this. As we discussed we are always willing to return to touch up any areas that you feel are not 100%.
Very professional company they came to give me an estimate and were able to do the job within the next few days my floors came out fantastic I would highly recommend them and will use them again.
Appt. was easy. Workers were very nice and courteous. The job done is good.
Everyone was very professional. The installers were hard, consistant workers and did 2 rooms in 7 hours.

Prestige was great throughout the entire process from Paul who did the original estimate to Sean who managed our project to the actual installers all the way to the owner, Dave, who came on multiple occasions to check in on the job. If you need help with your flooring hire them. The work was done right on time and the workers were very profession and curtious. We weren't sure about the stain color and they put down multiple stains so we can decide which one we liked best. Pretige Wood Flooring went way above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisified.
