The job was started and completed on time, a great product delivered. The staff was curteous and professional in their job, and the only recommendation I would offer is doing a better job at communicating their actions on the job / end of day, and not assuming client knowledge; eg can we be on the floor over night after 1st / 2nd day; need to have heat turned high..., this was only explained after I took it down a 2nd time that it was required to dry the floor.

Had hardwood floors refinished. Great communication, quote over the phone, they were able to accommodate a fast turnaround time. Service was quick and neat. Would recommend.
The work was really nice and they were extremely neat and took good care of the house when doing the floors.
This is was a wood refinishing project. I was not sure what would be the condition of wood under the carpet and what type of finishes are required. David and his Team tirelessly worked and helped us out to reshape our entire living and bedrooms to a near perfect wood refinish. We are very happy to see the way it turned out.
