Great Landlords!!... – I rented with Prestige for quite a few years. I always paid my rent on time and when I had any issues, Monica was right there to help me out. I kept having water problems, and the owner kept wanting quick and cheap repairs done. Monica finally convinced them to fix the major problem and everything was great after that. Biggest mistake of your life? – Is what you will be making if you rent from this company. The women that run the rental office are related so if one lies the other will swear to it and vice versa. Both are incompetent, rude, lying and stealing dirty scoundrels. They have no concern for landlord tenant laws in the state of Washington and have no qualms about practicing illegal billing practices. They are unwilling to speak to tenants in a respectable fashion and furthermore unwilling to try and work problems out like civilize... read more
incompetent and bad service – We contracted with Prestige to manage our West Seattle house prior to moving across the country, and it has been a complete nightmare. They are nice enough people, but their service is incomprehensibly bad. We've routinely requested additional communication and are told (when we get a response) only that for what we're paying them, we get what we get.
