Skip it! Tim's a great mechanic, but the rest of the organization is not solid. I had 2 bad experiences there and won't ever go back. Too bad Tim doesn't work at a better shop.

Each time I experienced professionalism, a clean working environment and left knowing that the best compliment I could give is that I would recommend Prestige to family and friends. So give them an opportunity and you will find the same reassurance to utilized their services and possibly buy a vehicle from a trusted business who does what they say and do the extra to exceed your expectation.
I have gone to Prestige for many years (sales and service) and have consistently been pleased with the professionalism and serivce I have received. The pricing on the cars I have purchased and the service I have received was always very fair; I know Joe & Co. have saved me money on more than one occasion in the past. They have a committed and loyal customer in me.
Prestige is a very kind, friendly, and professional place to take your vehicle to get serviced. My husband and I have purchased all of our vehicles from there and had them serviced. We've never had a problem with employees being rude or disrespectful. They are always smiling and willing to help us out. Prestige Imports is a first class business that takes customer service to a whole new level. Any time I am in there for service they make sure things are done right and I am fully aware of what was done on my car and what may be needed in the near future. For 9 years, I have been taking my Mazda to Prestige Auto Imports for service. I was impressed with Prestige right away because of their professionalism and because they did not try to pressure me into any type of unnecessary "tune-ups" or service program.
