Outstanding Dealer for Sales and Service On 6/26/13 my 2010 Lexus HS250h was brought in for regular maintenance. Two days before I experienced a flat which was repaired at another Lexus service shop where additional work was recommended that I declined since regular maintenance was already scheduled. Certified LEMONS Avoid this dealership. They sell Certified LEMONS of Lexus. We bought a certified lexus out of state and sight unseen, and have to depend of the WORDS/PROMISES of Steve but it turned out to be bad. Their after sales attitude were terrible, so was their excessive charges for out of state license fees. In addition, the car came with Brake Vibration but unfortunately that was not covered under Lexus Certified Warranty.
HORRIFIC!!!! I was very disappointed with my purchase. I was sold a demo over the phone since the car that I was promised was sold. When I took delivery the car was filthy. I was told to bring it back to get detailed which I did a few days later to find out the dirt was covering the paint clips on hood, lights and bumper. Hood was the only thing fixed and I was told not to touch the rest cause it won't blend. I felt like the sold me a used car instead of a new one. Very upset and disappointed. Try Bon Koo at Prestige Lexus I got my new Lexus from this dealership today. I basically copied & pasted the same comment in different web sites today to express my satisfaction. My sales consultant was "Bon Koo." Try him if you don't know anyone there. I and my wife both test-drove two different cars (yes, it means 4 test-drives). Will never ever buy a car from Prestige ever again! If your into lemons, Prestige is your place. Horrible Experience. They hosed me on a car big time. Do not go here. Get your Lexus at another dealer. You are wasting time with Prestige. They are ruthless and disgusting and they lie!
Great car buying experience My husband and i had our best ever car buying experience at Prestige Lexus. Our sales consultant was extremely knowledgeable of the GX that we were interested in and he was a pleasure to work with. You would assume all salespeople are, however the salesman at Tri-County couldn't even answer my question as to whether the GX was 5 speed or 6 speed. Prestige gave us a very fair price and were pleasant to deal with.
Waste of time and Arrogant This is the place to go if you feel like dumping $45k for a vehicle that's so so, and horrible customer service. The salesperson that we dealt with is by the name Michael Oh. He would call non stop and be unprofessional to a point of being rude and condescending. And talk about pressure.
