Outstanding! I just had the pleasure of picking up my second car from Prestige Lexus (Ramsey, NJ). Honestly, I was not even shopping for a new car as I was very happy with my 2008 ES 350, but that changed when super salesman Steve Manin called out of the blue. Just bought a certified, pre-owned! I had a very pleasant experience buying my Lexus RX350, which was certified pre-owned. Steve Manin was extremely patient with me, helping me get exactly the features and colors that I wanted. I really felt like he was looking out for my best interests, while keeping me within my budget. Great sales, service and vehicle at a great price! Mr. John Day really went the extra mile to help us make the right decision about our purchase. We were at the dealership shortly before closing and Mr. Day stayed after closing to enable us to take a test drive. Try Bon Koo at Prestige Lexus I got my new Lexus from this dealership today. I basically copied & pasted the same comment in different web sites today to express my satisfaction. My sales consultant was "Bon Koo." Try him if you don't know anyone there. I and my wife both test-drove two different cars (yes, it means 4 test-drives). HORRIFIC!!!! I was very disappointed with my purchase. I was sold a demo over the phone since the car that I was promised was sold. When I took delivery the car was filthy. I was told to bring it back to get detailed which I did a few days later to find out the dirt was covering the paint clips on hood, lights and bumper. Hood was the only thing fixed and I was told not to touch the rest cause it won't blend. I felt like the sold me a used car instead of a new one. Very upset and disappointed. Excellence Excellent I walked in on Friday afternoon, test drove a car, and I loved it. Picked out the color and options I wanted and the we picked up our new Lexus lease within 24 hours. The salesman, the delivery specialist and the Finance Manager were all very informative and helpful. It was a great, first-time experience with Lexus. I look forward to receiving this same level of service as I maintain my car through the life of the lease!
