Wonderful experience buying a used vehicle We went to Prestige Lexus to look at a used Jeep Liberty that we found online. At the dealership, Sales Rep Jerry Sadler came out to the lobby to meet us. We told him why we were there and he immediately went to look for the vehicle. It turned out that the vehicle was off-site where it was being detailed. Great sales, service and vehicle at a great price! Mr. John Day really went the extra mile to help us make the right decision about our purchase. We were at the dealership shortly before closing and Mr. Day stayed after closing to enable us to take a test drive. Mr. Day stayed late the evening we picked up our new vehicle and walked us through how to operate the vehicle and took extra time with us to make sure we understood how to operate all the car's features. Top Notch In Every Way Jerry was extremely helpful in showing us the cars we were interested in and was very considerate of our time. Warren & Jerry worked up the cost and subsequently reworked it to be extremely competitive. Additionally, our car color choice for a 2014 GS350 was known to be hard to come by, but they located one in an instant (another dealer was pushing us to another color choice as Blue was unlikely or a month or more out).
Best car buying experience ever My wife and I visited Prestige Lexus in our search for a new SUV. Jim McAlevey was our sales person. He was absolutely the most professional automobile sales person we had ever worked with. We had done a good deal of research on pricing and on what we were looking for. Just bought a certified, pre-owned! I had a very pleasant experience buying my Lexus RX350, which was certified pre-owned. Steve Manin was extremely patient with me, helping me get exactly the features and colors that I wanted. I really felt like he was looking out for my best interests, while keeping me within my budget. Outstanding! I just had the pleasure of picking up my second car from Prestige Lexus (Ramsey, NJ). Honestly, I was not even shopping for a new car as I was very happy with my 2008 ES 350, but that changed when super salesman Steve Manin called out of the blue. My car was in getting serviced and detailed. My '08 had 70,000+ miles on.
