I bought a 2016 Jeep Trailhawk from Presitige in 2015. Buying experience was really good but the BEST is that I was caught in that catastrophic hail storm on May 8th. My car was parked at Red Rocks Community College very near to Colorado Mills. Hail was huge . After the hail and rain stopped, I walked out to me Jeep, expecting horrible damage and broken glass (I have a full sunroof). All the cars around me were damaged....several had broken out glass. Took my truck in for a warranty repair. They only did the bare minimum so a week later, the issue came up again and they had to do the repair twice. They will also lie to you about how they are already working on your car and when you show up, they haven't even looked at it yet. The older service guy there is also the most rude person for being a customer based business. Don't buy a car here and don't get it repaired here.
I had an awesome experience. I traded in my 1994 Mercedes-Benz with high milage and practically falling apart. Not only did I get more then I expected for my trade in value, but they gave me an excellent deal on my 2015 Chevy Sonic. I was impressed on how they made me feel like a customer should truly feel, and they worked with me. Don't buy gap insurance there. Been 1-1/2 month and no one wants to help. Absolute joke. Poor management
