Other than my favorite sales person (Leigh Clay) being here, this was my worst experience yet. Bought my lease out through them. Bought an extended warranty and an oil change package. First off, I wasn't informed about the $200 deductible on the warranty before I signed, nor did I get any paperwork on the warranty. After years of being a loyal customer and 6 vehicles later. The service department/service manager Steve L. made my decision to leave this Dealership and trade my 2012 Dodge Durango that they messed up and took no accountability, even the Corporate headquarters did not help! Done!! Traded it for a 1500 Chevy Silverado at King! see you later Prestige! NOT!
The worst dealership in CO. Didn't pay off the car note for the car they purchased from me for 2+ weeks and never repaired the damaged windshield. Currently in the process of opening a small claims court case against them!
Long but worth the read if you want to save yourself some time in the long run…. My husband took our car to Prestige Dodge on the first week of February after we noticed some mechanical issues. At first everything was great, they diagnosed our car and told us exactly what needed to be fixed (transmission) and were very friendly. RecommendedService Department is fantastic! Service Manager and Shop Foreman are going "above and beyond" to get my Jeep back in action for a big offroading trip! Salesman Stephen is helping us look for a Grand Cherokee to replace our beloved BMW 535 with NO PRESSURE, and letting us have time to think, compare, and analyze our situation. It should be noted that I bought my Wrangler at a different dealer, but the Service Department here has been great to me (much better than the selling dealership Service Department).
Steve in sales was good and I recommend him. He found a vehicle in a couple of hours and I was specific about what I wanted! Easily the best sales guy on a new vehicle I have had. Unfortunately, anyone else we dealt with was untruthful about anything and everything. There were 3 instances where it was cut and dry about the pricing, incentives or financing and they were hell bent on the usual dealer tactics.
