On December 5, 2018 I was driving from Pueblo Colorado to my home in Idaho when my front drive shaft on my 2007 Dodge 5.9 Diesel Pickup started making noise. I looked online and found the nearest dealership (Prestige Chrysler Dodge). They were nice enough to squeeze me in and remove my front drive shaft (R/O #6042742/1). Unfortunately the mechanic (Pete Aguirre) broke the bolts on my skid plate when he removed it. Well, on today’s agenda was an oil change and tire rotation for the truck. Went to Prestige Dodge in Longmont because I have a package I got when I bought the truck. After they are done and I leave, I start to hear a rather bad rattle from the front end of the truck. It gets worse and worse, and was definitely not there before getting the maintenance done.
