As a person susceptible to decubitus ulcers, aka pressure sores, I have found Down Under products helpful. In particular, I like the 30" x 60" bed overlay. Its fibres are very soft and thick--one cannot "hit blttom", which is useful in preventing these lesions. They have admirably developed a way to sew the skins together without seams and without potential harmful RIDGES.
