This hotel is crappy. I ordered room service and after waiting an hour I called down to check on the order. The lady at told me that I never ordered room service and that I called in a pickup order. Then the front desk called me soon after to check that the order was mine after speaking with this other lady about the order. By the time I got the food it was stone cold and just plain nasty. The lady from the restaurant gave me complementary cheese cake for the trouble, but even that was nasty. The service overall is just terr... read more

Shitty, do yourself a favor and stay at the Hampton Inn just down the street. This place is nothing but drunken party goers and the staff is rude and disrespectful. Food from Gram Russo's was stone cold and delivered over an hour after being ordered.

Stay here a few times every year when we visit kids at college. Rooms are nice and staff is always helpful. Have never eaten here except for the breakfast that could use improvement but it is edable

Tonight we went there for dinner. I ordered the seafood chowder and lobster Alfredo. The sauces were not of good flavor and color and old tasting. I don't think the seafood chowder was made fresh today. The entree was worse. The lobster was obviously frozen and had a funny texture. Very disappointed with the food quality for what I paid. Obviously the chef has lost his passion. I felt bad for the waitresses there so I tipped them well despite the food.

This is the only place to stay in Presque Isle. Right on the snowmobile and ATV trail.
