The room is old and run down, the windows are filthy, the bathroom floor chipped and peeling, our room was not even cleaned today. only one bed because I stripped it. no one had vacuumed, dusted, refilled items, emptied trash or cleaned the bathroom. And no one apologized when it was brought to front desks attention

Second night there, the toilet wouldn't flush correctly, called front desk, was told they didn't have any maintenance person on, but could move us to a room next door, already had the two children in bed, moving wasn't an option. said the would bring us a plunger to see if that worked. My granddaugher used the plunger and it do do the job. The complimentary breakfast was almost non existant, some bac... read more
