SCAM!! Do NOT use this limousine company. Very, very, very unprofessional. They will send a limo to pick you up that looks nothing like what is advertised on their website. And to make matters worse, they will give you an email address to file a complaint, instead of allowing you to speak with a live supervisor. Thankfully, I was fully refunded after filing a dispute with my credit card company who sided in my favor. BEWARE!
We arrived in Vegas on Christmas Day after being delayed in SLC for THREE HOURS. But when we got there our driver, Chung, was waiting and he couldn't have been nicer. Even took us down the strip before dropping us off. Our girls thought it was the coolest thing ever! Our return trip was great, with the driver being prompt and efficient. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and would use again! Thanks for making our Christmas getaway fantastic!!
We absolutely loved Quincy! He was so personal with our family and over the top sweet to our 4 and 6 year old little guys!!! Our return driver was nice and even made an extra stop for us...However, he just wasn't Quincy! In the future we will always request Quincy!
I was particularly impressed that the driver met me at the baggage claim.
