Very poor customer service to a fellow Veteran who was delayed by no fault of his own. Not a good way to do business.

This Limo service is a joke. The way they treat veterans and handle delayed travel plans are a joke.

When my ride failed me, I called Presidential to get me to the airport, Doug arrived early and told me not to rush but let me knew he was there and ready when i was. Very clean vehicle, professionally dressed and i made my flight
Norman was absolutely amazing!! He was so nice and informative!! And in such good spirits with our crazy bunch! Perfect way to start our trip!!!
We booked 2 hours so we could go down The Strip on the way to the chapel. Booking was easy! Driver was on time. The driver (Michelle) was absolutely awesome! She stopped a few times and took photos of all of us at fun places! She kept our glasses full of champagne. Lots of laughs and fun! Being able to stream our own music in the limo was an awesome added perk! Thank you Presidential and Michelle! We will use your service again! Mark and I loved it!
