My son moved to the Preserve over Labor Day weekend. Since then, I have visited twice. Not only is it a nice escape from Connecticut weather, but I find his apartment comfortable and an easy place to be. The grounds are very well maintained, there is ample to do, and I simply get a good feeling being there.
The office team is so wonderful! I truly love working with them!!

Beautiful place to live! Staff is friendly. Area is safe. And the persevere is gorgeous!
All I can say is horrible!!! A child passed away while I lived there in their pool and they acted like it was nothing. They treat their tenants horribly. She charge way too much for a small place to live. Yes the apartments are nice, but when something went wrong, they weren't there to help and we lived right next to the office. I do not recommend.
Lived here for 2 years now best place in tampa right on the river!
