RecommendedI've been living here for a handful of years now. Moved out briefly, and then moved back in. If that says something:) The staff, all of them, are always friendly, professional, and polite to deal with. I would recommend this community to anybody who is looking for a good apartment complex to rent at. It does feel like home, even in these strange times.
I have lived in the Alafia for 3 years and love it would not change it. Everyone at the leasing office is friendly and willing to help with any questions and circumstances that comes up with lease renewals. They keep the place clean and constantly improving the surroundings. They have activities that are super fun especially the Bingo nights and the annual pool party.
I lived here for a year in 2015, but had to move out due to personal reasons. When my fiancé and I started looking for apartments, I just kept telling him we had to go back to The Preserve. We both LOVE it here! It’s just as amazing as before. The community is so great, beautiful, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. We moved to the Preserve at Alfalfa in January 2019 and we love❤❤ every moment of living here! This is truly an amazing place, where you can enjoy nature right outside your door🦆🌷🌴. All the office staff are really wonderful and available, when you need them. They are always doing nice things for us tenants, such as, throwing pool parties🤽♀️, dog park outings, Wine down Wednesdays 🍷 and alot of other fun activities. My dog 🐕really loves it here too😍!
Where do I start! From the minute I moved in, everything has been wonderful. Wendy the Manager and her amazing staff, Natalie, Kaitlyn, Kayla have been so caring, so genuine, they literally go above and beyond in every way. When and if I have had any issue it literally has been addressed and resolved right away by the amazing maintenance staff Louis, Louis, Nate and Antonio. I really love living here! All of the amenities are great and I like how they do different events for the residents (pool parties, book club, wine down Wednesday and paint and plant just to name a few). There is plenty to keep you busy in the community. The whole staff is amazing and really nice. And let’s not forget all of the awesome free fitness classes. No excuse not to work out 😇
Everyone on the preserve at Alafia team is so nice from the front office to the maintenance crew. They go above and beyond to make sure that each of the residents are heard and appreciated. Kaitlyn from the leasing office even held my elderly mothers hand and helped her get around during the tour. Seriously the nicest group I’ve ever delt with.
The Preserve at Alafia has the most amazing apartments which afford quiet peaceful living. They have lots of amenities and activities to keep you busy and in touch with your neighbors. Office personal and maintenance are friendly and repairs are made quickly. 5 stars from me! Natalie in the office showed me around and she was friendly and helpful.😁
