Had a terrible experience there with their billing, and not being upfront with their costs. Very deceitful in the way they bill. They quote you one price that you think is the total fee, and the final price is a lot more than what was quoted. I will never step foot in there again. I was also in the dental field and have never experienced such dishonesty.
Front office and billing is terrible. They try to charge you ortho for regular dental appointments which our insurance doesn’t cover. Your first appointment is only for consultation and x rays. Then you have to make another one for cleaning. Likely they will tell you you need an advanced deep cleaning, which most insurances won’t cover . Pretty scammy.There are several google reviews with the same experiences.

I have been a patient for 3 years. I had an appt in May for a cleaning. I received a call to reschedule. The soonest they csn see me is 5 months out. I understand a wait due to the virus but 5 months is ridiculous. That will mean between my last perio cleaning and my next in 5 months will be 9 months apart. WOW! They sure care about my smile! Also, My husband and I have been overcharged many times.

An office filled with staff that puts you at ease. Explains in detail what the plan is and what the future looks like for me.
Things you take for granted, like not being able to smile! Year after years going to Dentist and feeling like there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Well Dr. Brown and his team made that light happen in two weeks. I feel like a new women that can’t stop smiling! Dr. Brown showed me that dreams do come true, never give up and that he does care about your happiness. Hands down the best Dentist in this town that takes his time and makes sure you leave with a smile. Thank you thank you.
The communication is horrific. Dental doesn't know what ortho is doing and visa versa. After several screw ups I said I was moving to another practice. The girl at the counter printed off my treatment plan, which only said I had been in twice, no progress/goals/wire size etc. She said there was no penalty since I had paid the downpayment and my monthly fees for 3 months but only had 2 visits.
