As someone who has had to issue payments to clients through dash, I can honestly say that some of the worst moments in my employment were a result of dealing with dash cards. Support is terrible, The site for clients is terrible, and it's severely lacking in features that are present in nearly every other modern banking platform.

All 4 of the prepaid cards I received from AT&T through Dash were basically empty when I went to use them. Dozens of unauthorized transactions likely by a bad actor who breached Dash's systems. I opened a case with Dash on 8/11. As of 9/18, I have received no response despite sending over a dozens requests for information. Terrible customer service from a company who cares nothing about $750 in theft from cards they issued.
