All 4 of the prepaid cards I received from AT&T through Dash were basically empty when I went to use them. Dozens of unauthorized transactions likely by a bad actor who breached Dash's systems. I opened a case with Dash on 8/11. As of 9/18, I have received no response despite sending over a dozens requests for information. Terrible customer service from a company who cares nothing about $750 in theft from cards they issued. As someone who has had to issue payments to clients through dash, I can honestly say that some of the worst moments in my employment were a result of dealing with dash cards. Support is terrible, The site for patience is terrible, and it's severely lacking in features.
