Loved the class I took on making holiday appetizers. Love the fact that you can bring a bottle of wine to sip while you are learning to cook new recipes! Great birthday gift for a special friend!

I have taken many classes at Prep Kitchen. The teaching staff and all their help are very friendly and knowledgeable. We have yet too make something that wasn't tender, juicy and having lots of flavor. I feel comfortable making a more challenging recipe and putting my own spin on things. Like Rahm Fama says, if you want to substitute an ingredient with something you already have at home, Do It!!! You might find that it tastes better for you.

I signed up for a three session beginning cooking classes and have learned so much even after decades of cooking. Elizabeth has made it fun and interesting and the hands on experience really helps to solidify the lesson. If anyone ever wanted to try cooking classes this is the place I would recommend! Thank you for making the classes worth every penny, Elizabeth!
